New Marketing Pros Join the Hammer Marketing Team

It’s always a good sign when the workload increases to the point where you can bring in new staff. And now’s the perfect time to introduce our two newest Hammer Marketing team members: April Jimenez and Dante Silva! April and Dante have joined our growing team, bringing energy and expertise to help us meet all your marketing needs.  

April Jimenez

As our new Director of Digital Marketing, April is a welcome addition to the Hammer Marketing team. She will be taking the lead when it comes to all things digital marketing and is excited to introduce new ideas, processes, and tools. Her favorite part of digital marketing is SEO and content creation, though all digital marketing tactics have their place in a well-crafted plan. 

April has a robust background in marketing and media, with more than a decade of experience following trends and shifts in the digital landscape. As part of the agency leadership team, we are looking forward to her pushing our digital marketing practice ahead, and we know she will be a great asset to our team. Plus, as a singer in a cover band, we will do our best to coax her into singing some of the top 90’s pop and rock hits when we need a bit of inspiration. 

Dante Silva

Dante is our newest developer and is responsible for assisting clients with website maintenance, support requests, and enhancements. He will also be supporting the development team through website builds. His philosophy of breaking things down into their simplest parts to troubleshoot technical issues makes him the perfect partner for our clients when it comes to problem solving. We are also impressed by the fact that Dante is self-taught: a psychology major by trade. Dante has been advancing his knowledge, learning JavaScript, and backend development to enhance his skills.  

We also give Dante credit for being a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan. As anyone who follows the Eagles knows, it is not an easy journey.
